By accessing or using Bublii ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bublii is an AI-powered conversation coaching platform designed to help emerging leaders practice difficult conversations, receive real-time feedback, and build confidence in their communication skills.

The Service is intended for educational and professional development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services, legal advice, or human resources consultation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Subscription and Payment

Bublii offers both free and premium subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited conversations per month with basic features
  • Premium Plan: Unlimited conversations, advanced AI coaching, progress analytics, and custom scenarios

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bublii and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store that content to provide and improve the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching feedback and simulated conversations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You should use your own judgement when applying feedback
  • The Service does not replace professional advice or human coaching
  • We continuously work to improve the quality and safety of AI responses

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bublii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
